How it works
- 1Diagnose
- 2Explain the cause
- 3Agree on the cost
- 4Repair
- 5Verify the result
No repair work begins until you approve the full cost.
Every visit starts with a diagnosis. After you approve the repair estimate, repairs may be completed during the first visit if the required tools and parts are available. If a part needs to be ordered, we’ll arrange a return appointment after it becomes available.
