We work on Viking refrigeration and electric appliances. On natural gas models we repair electronic controls only. We do not service propane (LP) gas appliances or work on gas valves, burners or gas lines.

Every visit starts with a diagnosis. After you approve the repair estimate, repairs may be completed during the first visit if the required tools and parts are available. If a part needs to be ordered, we’ll arrange a return appointment after it becomes available.
Your technician’s qualifications
Our technician understands both sides of a modern appliance: the cooling or mechanical system and the electronics that control it. Problems are found by testing, not by swapping parts until something helps.
A.S. Applied Electronics Technology-HVAC
Plus an HVAC diploma, Southern Technical College, 2025: electrical systems, electronics, controls and refrigeration.
EPA Section 608 Universal Technician Certification
Federal certification required to handle refrigerant (ESCO Institute).
HC/HFO Technician Certification
For hydrocarbon and HFO refrigerants such as R-600a, used in many modern refrigerators and wine coolers (Mainstream Engineering Corporation).
Complex refrigeration and electronics diagnostics
About two and a half years of hands-on appliance repair and two and a half years training other technicians, focused on cooling systems, electronics and high-end appliances.

$119 for refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers and all appliances from Sub-Zero, Miele, Wolf, Thermador and Viking. It is credited toward an approved repair of the same appliance; if you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee is still due. Are you an authorized Viking service center?
No. We are an independent service company and are not affiliated with Viking. We diagnose and repair Viking refrigeration depending on the specific model and problem, and confirm whether we can work on your unit when you contact us.
Do you repair Viking ranges?
Electric Viking ovens and cooktops, yes. On natural gas ranges we repair electronic controls only, such as control boards and displays. We do not service propane (LP) gas appliances or work on gas valves, burners or gas lines. See high-end appliance repair.
What if my Viking needs a part that must be ordered?
After you approve the estimate, we order the part and schedule a return visit once it arrives. The part and labor are quoted before ordering.
